GH Studio is located in Downtown Gig Harbor’s Historic Waterfront District. There is a free parking available in the venue’s private parking lot.

To access the studio, please follow the instructions sent via email once your booking has been accepted.

All bookings are considered final. However, if you have extenuating circumstances that require cancellation, please contact us via email, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

• Review all of our policies here.

• No glitter, paint, body oil, pets unless previously discussed

• No smoking in the studio or building is permitted. If the renters, or anyone in the renter’s party is found smoking, the booking will be immediately terminated with no refund and the renter will be asked to leave.

• A representative from GH Studio may be on site during your project but will not assist in loading or unloading or any tasks during your project.

• Nails, tacks or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If tape is used, it must be painter’s tape.

• Renter must be present during the booking, renters and members can not give away hours

• Can move things around but please move back to how it was originally staged prior to end of booked time

• If excessive trash is made, renter must be taken out after booking.

• Renter must sweep or vacuum after every rental.

• Any and all damages made to the studio, amenities, props, during rental is renters responsibility.

• If furniture or a backdrop is set up, it must be put back to it’s original place.
